  Evaluation Surveys and Reports

Our consultants visit the project site to investigate the existing conditions and document the findings with photographs. When necessary, core samples are taken and sent to a laboratory where they are tested for asbestos content or other ASTM standards pertinent to the project. We then compile all information to provide our client with a detailed report of all facets of the existing conditions. We discuss our evaluation with the Architect and/or the Owner, to develop a design analysis and budget plan for the recommended roofing/waterproofing system. The objective is made clear from the beginning to assure you will get the watertight system you need. You will receive recommendations and budgets that are prioritized by the urgency of the work required, thus making decisions easier.

  Quality Control Inspection Services

Van Dijk & Associates, Inc.’s staff of experienced roofing and waterproofing inspectors perform in-process quality control inspections, to assure adherence to specifications on each job.  Our inspectors serve as project specialists to ensure that the job is carried out according to the specifications by monitoring the progress of each job and reporting the progress on a regular basis.  Van Dijk & Associates, Inc. will provide our clients with a CD/DVD with all photographs taken by our staff during construction showing the substrate and application of the various materials.

  Maintenance

Our Preventative Roof Maintenance Program assures that your roofing system continues to provide you with years of service. Maintenance is important in keeping your roofing system performing at its highest capacity. Cleaning of reflective roof coatings on a regular basis will ensure that the maximum benefits are obtained from these systems. Our experienced technicians locate potential trouble and take immediate action to protect your roof from premature failure and needless expenses.
